Detrol LA is a urinary antispasmodic pill made up of a drug called tolterodine. We carry the generic alternative (tolterodine) and the brand name choice (Detrol LA) in 2mg and 4mg!
Detrol LA is used to treat bladders that are overactive and have symptoms of urinary frequency (having to urinate often), urgency (having to urinate badly as soon as the urge begins), and incontinence (lack of control of urination). Detrol LA (tolterodine) works to solve this by relaxing the muscles in the bladder and reducing spasms.
