Zantac Syrup is an oral solution made up of an H2 blocker called ranitidine. We carry Zantac Syrup in 75mg/5ml!
Zantac Syrup is commonly prescribed to treat heartburn caused by acid indigestion and sour stomach. Heartburn occurs during acid reflux; when a small portion of stomach contents are forced back up the esophagus, creating a burning pain in the lower chest. Additionally, this medication may also prevent heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach caused by eating certain foods or drinks, such as coffee, alcohol, and fatty or spicy foods.
Zantac Syrup (ranitidine) is effective at treating heart burn because as a H2 blocker, this medication is able to decrease the amount of acid created by the stomach. This not only with help with heart burn, but will also relieve symptoms such as stomach pain, difficulty swallowing, and coughs that won’t go away.
